Grandmaster Hee Kwan Lee (9th dan) is Vice-Chairman of the IHF, and Chairman of the United States branch of the IHF, a position to which he was appointed in 2009 by IHF Chairman Hong Kee Lee. All black belts, instructors, masters and school owners affiliated with the U.S. branch are internationally certified under the International Hapkido Federation.
