Hankido Basics Vol. 1

This DVD provides an excellent introduction to Hankido and contains examples of the 12 basic Hankido self-defense techniques as well as the 24 breathing exercises that accompany them. The DVD also contains the Hankido unique warm-ups, falling techniques, and basic applications of Hankido.

The DVD was produced by Master Ko Baek Yong (9th Dan), the head of the Sang Moo Kwan International Training Center of Seoul, Korea. Master Ko is one of the original active students of Myung Jae Nam Kuksanim.

Subtitles on the DVD are available in several languages, including English, Portuguese, German, Greek and Dutch. The DVD also contains some historical footage of Myung Jae Nam Kuksanim, the founder of Hankido.

Hankido Basics Vol. 2

The 2nd DVD continues where Vol. 1 left off, featuring intermediate level Hankido techniques defense against multiple attacks, plus Jeon Hwan Hwan Sang Do Bub.

Subtitles are available in English, Portuguese, Spanish, German, Greek and Dutch.
